I handle all of it in one annual visit, and leave you a written report on the condition of your home. An oil change for your house

Furniture Assembly
$75/hr
Six hours, two missing dowels, and one piece installed backwards. There's a better way to spend a Saturday.
Flat-pack furniture, assembled correctly and hauled-away-cardboard included. Dressers, beds, desks, shelving, playsets. I bring the tools and the patience.
